Our Lady Star of the Sea to present second concert in the ‘Our Lady Star of the Sea Concert Series’

Please join us on Sunday, March 26th at 5pm in the Sanctuary for a Lenten musical offering featuring the  grand choral masterwork, The Seven Last Words of Christ by Theodore DuBois and select choral works  of the Lenten season. The Adult Choir, under the direction of guest conductor Mark Nemeskal will be  joined by renowned Organist Rosalind Mohnsen, choristers from across the Archdiocese as well as  featured soloists: Holly Cameron, Matthew Arnold and Benjamin Hansberry. 

Organist and Music Director, Matthew Arnold, has wanted to program this dramatic and powerful piece since he last performed it about 10 years ago in North Carolina. With this new and exciting concert  series, spearheaded by Pastor Monsignor Timothy Moran and Mr. Arnold, the church looks forward to  bringing a wide range of talent from across the greater Boston area to Marblehead.
