Marblehead Democratic Town Commitee Welcomes Candidates
The Marblehead Democratic Town Committee hosted an evening picnic at the home of Mimi Lemay on Monday August 15. In attendance were many new and longtime members of the Town Committee. Candidates running in the September 6 state primary race for several races mingled with the crowd and had a chance to say a few words. Candidates for the various races included State Representative for the 8th Essex district, County Sheriff, District Attorney, State Auditor, Secretary of State and Lieutenant Governor. Each candidate spoke to the more than 100 attendees, expressing why they felt they deserved to be elected.
